Cancellation Policy

Group Classes, Private Lessons and Immersion Events Programs have a strict no refund policy. Classes are paid in full before the start of the session and are not prorated if classes are missed or students withdraw. No refund is made for cancelling a camp registration. However, a credit can be issued and applied to another language class or camp pending availability. Refund Information for Language and Cultural Immersion Events ALL ticket sales are considered final and no refunds are issued. *Missed Class Policy for Children:For group lessons there are no make-up classes. *Missed Private Lesson Policy for Adults and Children: Cancellation of a private lesson needs 12 hours’ notice. If a private lesson is cancelled in less than 24 hours, the student forfeits the lesson * An additional session -free of charge-at the end of the 6 week program can be scheduled for makeup for missed private sessions
